I am new to MedLabQC and can't find a reference to this in the user manual. When adding data points to a graph, the first point is accepted and displayed on the graph, but when I try to add the second point I get an error message "Invalid floating point error". This pops up when I click ok on the QC Validation window. What am I doing wrong?
Kind Regards

The "Invalid floating point operation" error typically occurs when there is an issue with the way numbers are being processed in the software. It could be a bug or a compatibility problem. To resolve this, you can try updating MedLabQC to the latest version or contacting their customer support for assistance.
The [o] in the results of serum control in the MedLabQC program likely refers to an observation or a specific marker used for analyzing the serum control results. It could have a particular significance within the context of the program.
How I can download this software? Can you please provide the link?

The application is not available for download anymore but there are websites that store it on their servers or public file sharing websites. You can use Google to search for these websites. TIDECA website holds the application on the Google storage driver.
